Many patients attend with neck pain and headaches, and Jack has developed a strong clinical focus in assessing and managing these conditions using gentle, precise chiropractic techniques. This includes carefully delivered neck adjustments where appropriate, always with a clear explanation so you feel informed and confident in your care.
At Northcote Chiropractic Services, the focus is on honest, straightforward care you can trust. Treatment begins on your first visit, with no long-term contracts or unnecessary payment plans. Jack uses a range of proven techniques, including a specialised drop-piece table, to provide low-force, effective adjustments suited to each patient.
Patients value not only the care they receive, but also the consistency and accessibility of the service. Jack has provided one of Melbourne’s few regular Sunday chiropractic clinics for decades, helping those who cannot attend during the week. Rather than looking for quick fixes, long-term wellbeing comes from consistently applying small positive habits — moving well, exercising regularly, managing posture, sleeping well and supporting the body’s natural resilience.
Greg has maintained a lifelong commitment to exercise, strength and conditioning. He has a particular interest in helping people over 40 maintain strength, mobility and independence so they can avoid the decline that often leads to loss of freedom later in life.
His weekly writing and education aim to help people understand their bodies and build habits that support long-term spinal health.
We are “hands-on” with your first visit. No extended contracts or payment plans.
